Hi there! I have a question about sketching in museums; do you bring your watercolor with you and use it in the museum or do you apply it later? When I go to museums I'm always apprehensive about whipping out my watercolor set next to the specimens, so all my drawings are black and white. Did you ever have problems with sketching in a museum? Thanks!
I draw on location with a small watercolour kit & Aquabrush, and usually i don´t have problems with the museum staff. On the rare occasion that the museum attendant forbids me to use watercolour, i just use my meanest stare and switch to my emergency stash of coloured pencils. Happy sketching!

DeleteAwesome, thank you! I'll try it out next time I visit a museum.
